Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email or SMS after placing your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Delivery (within India): 4–7 working days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 working days

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 may have a small shipping fee based on your location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delivery Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events like weather or public holidays. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.
