1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

• Items with visible damage, stains, or wear will not be accepted.

• Custom-made or sale items are not returnable.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

• If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If the item is defective or damaged, return shipping will be covered by us.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items

• Products damaged by misuse or negligence

4. Exchange

We do not currently offer product exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order.
